Weather/Refund Policy: Cooper Park is equipped with a turf infield and excellent drainage in the outfield. Lights will be installed during the summer of 2023. We will do everything we can to make sure that your team plays all of its games. Pro-rated refunds will be provided in the following format:

  • Pro-Style Workout $630.00 refund

  • 1 weekend game $630.00 refund

  • Pro-Style Workout+1 weekend game $1260.00 refund

*No refund will be provided for a team that chooses to not play their third game during a summer Tuesday or Wednesday evening.

Lightning: In the event of thunderstorms, lightning detectors will be in use by staff members.

Insurance: Each team is responsible for providing a COI with Millersville University and Shehan Baseball Camps LLC listed as others insured. Please email them to jshehan@millersville.edu prior to the event.

Waiver: All players must sign the waiver form prior to participating. Coaches can bring to the pro-style workout, or email the full team packet of waivers to jshehan@millersville.edu

Schedule: Game schedules will be provided one week prior to event and will be subject to change up until 48 hours prior to the event. Game times are TBD and are dependent on when our lights are installed.

Rosters: Rosters for college coaches are crucial. A google sheet link will be provided two weeks prior to the event. Please enter all of the information needed on the google sheet so we can provide you with the player’s data and notes post-event.

Game 3: Email jshehan@millersville.edu to add your 3rd game on any Tuesday or Wednesday in June, July or August (2+1 format)

Umpires: A PIAA certified plate umpire will be provided for each game.

Baseballs: Baseballs will be provided by Shehan Baseball Camps

Cleats: Players should bring turf or molded spikes. Pitchers may use metal spikes but all other players should remain in turfs or molded. If the playing surface is wet, an exception may be made prior to each game.
